Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hideads ("Hideads", "we", "us"), a traffic-routing and campaign-management dashboard for paid-traffic teams. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Hideads provides managed cloak domains, a safe-page pool, per-tracker traffic-quality signals, conversion feedback (Facebook CAPI and generic postback), and customer reporting. Features and quotas depend on your plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to run the campaigns you route through Hideads.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Hideads to route or promote content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the destination market, that infringes others' rights, or that violates the policies of the ad networks you operate on. You are solely responsible for the offers, landing pages, and destinations you configure. We may suspend accounts that create legal risk, abuse shared infrastructure, or degrade the service for others.

4. Plans, billing, and renewals

• Paid plans are billed annually in advance. Payment is accepted by card (Stripe) and cryptocurrency (Cryptomus — BTC / USDT and others).
• Plan prices are shown before checkout. Your price is locked to your subscription for its term.
• Upgrades are prorated: the unused value of your current term is converted into additional days at the new plan's rate.
• Annual terms are prepaid and generally non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid term.

5. Quotas and fair use

Plans include limits on active trackers, monthly clicks, AI safe-page generations, and other resources. Shared resources (such as the cloak-domain and safe-page pools) are provided on a fair-use basis and may not be abused, resold, or exhausted in a way that harms other customers.

6. Data and privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, add, or remove features, and may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hideads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outcomes on third-party ad platforms, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination you may export your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
